Whether it's VoIP, streaming media, internet access, data backup or all of the above, PlanetSky TwoWay services offer efficient broadband satellite connectivity enabling carriers all over the world to rise above the congested terrestrial networks and offer true and reliable end-to-end IP connectivity.
Supported speeds and link quality are aimed at corporate mission-critical Internet connectivity, regional ISPs, cybercafés and rural telecenters. They are also designed to provide Internet connectivity backhaul for large numbers of PCs accessing the Internet. These can either be in the same location or distributed via wireless communication networks such as WLL and WiMax.
Hardware Requirements
- Ku-band Receive/Transmit Antenna - 1.2m-2.4m depending on your location
- 3W BUC & LNB for Ku Band or Extended Ku Band depending on the satellite
- A Series 3000 or 5000 iDirect remote Router
